Dr. Pamela Brown holds a doctorate in multicultural education. She has produced award winning videos about dating violence and multiculturalism. She is a social work professor at Humboldt State University.

Dr. Wendy Davis is a former professor of psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and currently works as an international consultant in both education and conflict resolution.

Ms. Allison Minch is a high school English, History and German teacher; a co-founder of No Means No; a member of The Light in the Dark Foundation board; and the mother of twin boys she hopes to help grow up strong, healthy and aware.

Mr. Byron Turner holds a Masters Degree in Social Science. He was a co-founder of No Means No, a program designed to help eliminate sexual assault by working with men. He is currently an instructor at Sierra College, in California, teaching Ethnic Studies. He is also the author of The Rape Society, an earlier CD-ROM about violence against women.
