Humboldt State University is the new home of the Oasis Project. See the story in The Boldt. Preliminary needs assessment and identifying interested staff and students is underway.
The Oasis Project is in its first stages of development. Our goal is to raise at least $250,000 by the spring of 2008. Donations will be matched by the personal contributions of two Created Equal directors. This money will allow us to purchase land, begin construction, and hire and train staff.
